Update: Level 2 now playable

Version notes:

• Level 2 now playable.
• Added volume sliders in the options and pause screen.
• A situation where it's possible go off-screen without dying after respawning is now (hopefully) removed.
  
• Boundary for going off-screen is a little more forgiving on camera movement's axis.
• Small changes in level 1
