[v1.1] mobile keyboard & more

Oh hi!

This VN wasn't made with mobile in mind, but it does run properly on mobile from my experience. The only problem was that the keyboard won't show up during the typing prompts. With this update, typing should now be possible in mobile browsers. It wasn't extensively tested but I believe it should work for most people.

There are a couple more minor things in this update.  The full list of changes follows:

• Mobile keyboard now shows up when playing in a mobile browser.
• Fixed an issue where if the game is saved on a line preceding a typing prompt, the input field shows up on loading the save file even though it shouldn't.
  
• Quicksave slot is now the same as the first save slot. This makes loading the quicksave from the main menu possible.
• Autoplay button graphic now turns into a pause grpahic while autoplay is active.
• Skip button graphic now properly deactivates when autoplay is activated while skipping.
• Input field now allows uppercase letters following an uppercase letter. First letter of words are no longer forced to be uppercase.
• Some buttons now scale up a little when running on a mobile browser.
• Disabled settings on WebGL now more clearly indicated as disabled.
• Log now removes linebreaks from the story script. This prevents some awkwardly placed linebreaks in the log display.
• A few more responses for the typing prompts were added.
